3 Counties Bushcraft meet

This event is for members of the 3 Counties Bushcraft Facebook group.
Meet up with like-minded people at TRIBE’s dedicated bushcarft centre in NE Derbyshire. Share bushcraft, survival and wild camping skills & experiences and make new friends.
We have plenty of space to relax around the fire, explore, forage, and craft.
Composting toilets and hand washing facilities are available (off-grid).
Some fire wood will be available however we would appreciate your help replenishing what is used during the camp – we have 90 acres to gather deadwood from.
There are rustic work benches and saw horses available, as well as a shave horse in need of some love. We have a handmade pole and bowl lathe, which may be able to be used (TBC).
Drinking water will be brought onto site.
Since we use much of the green wood for our sessions, please bring any green wood with you that you wish to carve.
We hope to do a group meal one night, which will be confirmed closer to the date.
Please note, it is a 10-15 min walk to camp along well-trodden woodland tracks.
There will be space for hammocking, however please be aware that this will sometimes be a little more out of the way.
Children are welcome to join their parents on this event. Please be mindful of whether your child is able to be safe and respectul around tools and fire.
We’re a big fan of a bit of music around the fire in the evening so you’re welcome to bring some light acoustic instruments should you wish.
