Ofsted registered childcare

TRIBE is an Ofsted registered childcare provider. We are registered on both the Voluntary and Compulsory Registers so the registration covers unaccompanied activities for children aged 5 and upwards. Currently our activities begin at age 8, however this may change in the future with provision for younger children being added.

Payment and Funding Options

Being an Ofsted registered childcare provider means that you can take advantage of various alternative payment options when booking a Child Only event/ course with us.

Tax Free Childcare:

Pleasw book at least 1 week in advance of the event using the “Tax Free Childcare and Childcare Vouchers” payment option. You will need to email the Child Name and Reference to tfc@discovertribe.co.uk so that we can validate your booking. The booking is not confirmed until payment is received and linked via your TFC account. Search for us using the details above.

Universal Credit:

Book as usual however contact us for a detailed invoice for your claim. We are working on automating this invoice creation however it is currently done manually.

Please use the “Tax Free Childcare and Childcare Vouchers” payment option to use Childcare Vouchers, at least 1 week in advance. Our user ID for each voucher provider is in brackets above. If you use another Childcare Voucher provider not listed, please contact Alison on 07823443335 and we will be happy to register with them. Once the payment is cleared, you will be sent a booking confirmation.
